This two day FellRunning course is a great way to experience the great outdoors where you give up the pavements and roads for the stunning scenery and miles and miles of muddy trails and heather bashing! For most runners, it’s a liberating experience and many will never look back to the roads once they experience the joy of running outdoors on the trails. Our two day Fell Running Introduction is the perfect way to experience the best trails the Peak District has to offer while helping you develop the skills you need to run in the hills on your own. We will show you what equipment to take, how to use a map and compass and how to plan your own Adventure in the hills or mountains. You will also receive coaching on your uphill and downhill technique and learn about nutrition and clothing. Who is this for? This two day course is suitable for the avid Trail runner who is looking to step up there running experience and it's a great introduction to all the equipment and techniques you need to run on the hills and mountains. Your running guides will choose the route and distances based on the experience of the group and will ensure you get a fun two days out and become a more confident runner.
